Nassau County Attorney Teresa J. Sopp attends training on defense of false allegations of child sexual abuse.

In October, 2004, Nassau County Attorney Teresa J. Sopp attended a three-day training sponsored by the National Child Abuse Defense and Resource Center; lecturers included experts on the field of interviewing purported victims of child sexual abuse and in the field of medical examinations of purported victims of child sexual abuse.

Attorney Teresa J. Sopp has made use of this expertise in the defense of cases involving false allegations of sexual abuse.
